Each of our villas has its own charm and specifics. It's up to you to choose yours from those that are still for sale. We will be happy to present the project to you personally through visualizations and real photographs. And if necessary, we will be happy to welcome you personally to Altea Hills.
RESOLVED? WE'RE GOING FOR IT!
Have you made your choice? Congratulations! Once you have made a binding decision to reserve your villa, we will no longer offer it. A non-refundable deposit of €10,000 + VAT is required as a condition of booking.
HOW TO FORMALITY
To purchase a property you will need to obtain a Spanish NIE number registration. We will be happy to advise you on how to do this. And if necessary, we will guide you through the whole process, or do it for you on the basis of a power of attorney.
The second step is to set up a Spanish bank account where the funds for the purchase of the property can be transferred. We will be happy to help you with this step as well. Once the account has been set up and the transfer has been made, you will provide the Spanish bank with proof of the origin of the money and the next step is complete.
SIGNING THE CONTRACT
The next big step is ahead of us! Together we will sign the purchase contract and a quarter of the purchase price will be paid as a deposit.
THE VILA IS YOURS!
Once we finish the construction, we will go to the notary together. After the full purchase price is paid, the property is registered in your ownership. At that moment you can start enjoying your new life in the Mediterranean.
WHAT FEES?
Properties in Spain are subject to VAT of 10%, the property transfer tax is 1.2%. For notary services you need to pay 2%, another maximum of 2% is the cost of the energy transcription and other fees that you already pay in Spain. We will be happy to arrange all the different parts of the purchase process for you by proxy and at a price we agree.
