The advantage is that this area is on the same floor as the garage and you enter the entertainment zone straight from the car. From the terrace, you can then go up a staircase to the roof.As with the other villas, the roof is covered with artificial grass and can be used for spending time on it even in summer. And to make summer more bearable, there is also a swimming pool. Despite the beautiful sea view, the panorama is not without greenery. You can enjoy the view of the pine grove including the Sierra de Bernia rocks.
