The higher the better. When you arrive at the villas in the top row, the very first one is villa C6, which is the highest of our villas. The layout itself is then similar to the other houses. After arriving across the property to the garage, you can walk through the entrance hall into the living room connected to the kitchen, dining room and terrace. There is also one room upstairs and can be used to maximum advantage when friends drop by to see you. From the spacious terrace you can also move even higher up to the green roof where you will find the swimming pool. These areas are covered with artificial grass to make them habitable even in summer.The lowest floor is the quiet zone of this property. There are three bedrooms, a dressing room and two bathrooms. However, to ensure that you are not deprived of views, each room opens onto a small terrace. You don't even have to go outside though, the windows are large enough that you won't miss out on the local scenery.
